Harmon Blumenfeld -
Co-founder, President and Chief
Executive Officer
Founded in 1996, the company uses
knowledge-based tools and custom
advisory services to improve performance
at every step of the clinical
trial continuum. RapidTrials is
the industry’s only company
exclusively focused on driving
clinical trial performance at
the site level.
Prior to founding RapidTrials,
served as a Principal, Consulting
and Productivity Products Group,
at Parexel International, the
Waltham, MA based Contract Research
Organization. At Parexel Ms. Blumenfeld
was responsible for designing
the industry’s first metrics
based approach for comparing R&D
efficiency and performance across
Leading Pharmaceutical Companies
worldwide. Earlier in her career,
Ms. Blumenfeld worked as an Associate
at Booz Allen and Hamilton’s
Pharmaceutical Strategy Practice
and at Baxter Healthcare Corporation
as a Senior Consultant at the
Baxter Management Services Division.
Ms. Blumenfeld has a Bachelor
of Arts degree in Economics from
Northwestern University, and a
Masters of Business Administration
from Harvard Business School.

Wolffe
Nadoolman, MD
- Medical Director/co-founder
With experience
as a practicing primary care physician
as well as a researcher, Dr. Nadoolman
has published numerous papers
and has been awarded a patent,
with others pending. Formerly
an executive of Salomon Brothers,
he has helped start several companies.
As a consultant, he analyzed productivity
in clinical trials. He holds a
medical degree from Yale University
School of Medicine, a masters
in business administration from
Harvard Business School and a
bachelors degree from Cornell
University.

Jimmy
Tsang -
Senior
Product Manager, RapidTrials
With over 6 years experience in
the pharmaceutical industry, Mr.
Jimmy Tsang has extensive operations
and product management experience
at Pfizer and Procter & Gamble
before joining RapidTrials. In
addition to his experience in
the pharmaceutical industry, Mr.
Jimmy Tsang held several positions
in marketing and business strategy
at high tech product companies.
Mr. Jimmy Tsang holds a BS in
Chemical Engineering and a MBA
from the Harvard Business School.

Joan
Sorgi Gendreau
- Consultant, Rapidtrials
With over 20 years experience
in the pharmaceutical and healthcare
industries, Joan Sorgi Gendreau
has extensive operational and
senior management experience across
a variety of marketing, sales
and technical management positions.
Ms. Sorgi Gendreau held several
key sales, sales training and
marketing and clinical development
management positions for E.R.
Squibb & Sons, Inc. In addition
to her experience with Squibb,
Ms Sorgi Gendreau served as the
Vice President, Collaborative
Clinical Research, Inc. Most recently,
Ms Gendreau implemented a successful
business plan for a start up CRO.
Ms. Sorgi-Gendreau holds BS in
Biology and an MA from SUNY. She
is also an ASCP Certified Medical
Technologist.

Lanetti
- Controller
John Lanetti is be responsible
for supporting the financial
and accounting functions for
the Company Before joining RapidTrials,
Lanetti worked for both public
and private companies and was
most recently a controller for
a Blackwood Healthcare, a home
healthcare provider. Beckett
Healthcare and Genesis Health
Ventures. Lanetti earned a received
a Bachelor of Business Administration
from Temple University.

Evelyn
Fiumara
- Research Network Administrator
Ms. Fiumara has served as the
Research Network Administrator
for RapidTrials since 1998.
As the Research Network Administrator,
Ms. Fiumara is responsible for
monitoring all aspects of study
start-up, contracting and client
service. Prior to joining RapidTrials,
Ms. Fiumara worked as an Administrator
and Project Director for Philadelphia
Development Services and as
a District Sales Manager for
Avon Products, Inc. She holds
a Bachelor of Science degree
in Education and has completed
graduate work in Counseling
Psychology and Theology.
